His brother Brandon played eight seasons of professional baseball, with three seasons as a major league infielder/outfielder for the Baltimore Orioles. Fahey’s father Bill was in professional baseball for 22 years, including 11 years as a major league catcher for the Rangers, Padres, and Tigers, and six years as a coach for the San Francisco Giants. Coach Fahey continued his playing career after high school, playing two years in junior college (Howard County and Brookhaven CC) and two years at Northwood University, earning 1st Team All-Conference Honors in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference, the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference, and the Red River Athletic Conference.Ĭoach Fahey is a 2002 graduate of Northwood University with a degree in Business Management. He played for Duncanville HS for four years, earning 1st Team All-District Honors, District 6-5A MVP Honors, 1st Team All-Area Honors and All State Honors. He is in his 19th year of teaching/coaching. Scott Scott Fahey is a 1997 graduate of Duncanville High School. Coach Peavy has led the Panther to the State Championship game in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and has won two Championship titles. He is committed to building a championship team of character, class and one that gives total effort. He believes in developing leaders and promoting discipline on and off the court. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and his Master of Education in Teaching from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. Coach Peavy has been named Coach of the Year four times and was twice named to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-State Committee. He brings more than 25 years of successful coaching experience at the high school and collegiate levels. Head Boys Basketball Coachĭavid David Peavy joined the Duncanville ISD family in April 2018, coming from Dekaney High School in Spring ISD (Houston). Coach Howard and her lovely wife Jamira have a beautiful son and daughter who both attend Duncanville ISD. It has always been Coach Howard's dream to give back to the Duncanville Pantherettes and the tradition the program carries.

Coach Howard is a graduate of Duncanville High School and has accomplished the impressive task of winning a state title as a player, an assistant coach, and a head coach.Ĭoach Howard received her bachelor's degree at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. LaJeanna Howard has been a head coach for 5 years and has been at the helm of the Duncanville Pantherettes since 2019 and led the Pantherettes to a 6A State Championship Title in 2020 . The Skyline football team won six straight district titles. During Samples’ time there, the Skyline football team participated in the state playoffs every year accumulating 19 playoff wins in six seasons. Prior to arriving in Duncanville, Reginald Samples served as head football coach for 25 years in the Dallas Independent School district including nine years at Skyline High School. Coach Samples led the Panthers to the State Championship game for the second year in a row in 2019 and the State Semi-Finals in 2020. In 2018, the Duncanville Panthers, for the first time in 20 years, went to the State Championship finals game and also achieved a 15 game winning season. It’s been a dream of mine since I was a child to be a head football coach in the state of Ohio, and to be one in Division IV in Southeast Ohio is literally like a dream come true.Reginald ISD’s head varsity football coach has done a tremendous job of rebuilding the Duncanville football program in his six years with the district.Ĭoach Reginald Samples quickly established a winning culture with an impressive record in 2017. I want to create a culture, and a highly competitive atmosphere to where these kids enjoy coming in every day and competing. I live those values, I preach them every day, I’m going to hold the kids accountable to them. “That’s something that I won’t stray from. “We’re going to work off our core values which is effort, attitude, accountability, structure and discipline,” Peyton said. As a former quarterback, Peyton has an offensive background, something the Warriors will look to be known for this upcoming season. Peyton heads to Warren from Ashland, Kentucky, where he was last an offensive coordinator for Ashland Paul Blazer High School. Peyton takes over the football program after Matt Kimes departed to take the Parkersburg High School football job. Jimmy Peyton will take over the Warrior football program as their new head coach, while Brad Venham has been elevated to take control of Warren’s girls basketball team.
